GENERAL MANAGER AND MANAGEMENT     ***IMPORTANT READ***

  • If you accept to be General Manager for the season

  • If at any time you decide to step down during the season as General Manager you will get a 1 season ban.

  • The Captain is not allowed to be traded and will get a 1 season ban if they step down.

  • Only an Alternate is capable of being traded during a season.

  • You are responsible for picking you Captain and Alternate

  • You will definitely need a Captain who has decided to be management with you.  The player will need to pick someone who accepts it and cannot force someone into the position.

  • You do not need to have an Alternate.  If you do then the player needs to agree to it.

  • It is your role to make sure to keep your team happy, in line, and most importantly to try and make the best team you possibly can.

  • If is your job to inform the League Heads that you are putting someone on IR

  • You need to tell the League Heads at the least 1 week in advance.

  • General Managers are the only ones who can make a final decision about any kind of transaction

  • You can have your Captain or Alternate make a proposal and decision with any other team.  But in the end before it is accepted the General Manager will need to look over and finalize it.

  • You will also need to make sure to follow all of the rules in and out of games and make sure your players follow them.

  • You need to show an example to them and let them know what is acceptable and what is not.  If you see something that is against the rules it is your obligation to bring it to their attention.

  • Remember that you are responsible for your players.

  • If they are doing something against the rules you can pay the price if what is in question is brought to attention and proven.

  • The rules have been organized so you do not need to go back and forth when trying to figure something out in a certain category. Ex. Game Night rules (THEY ARE NOT THE SAME AS IN-GAME RULES) will all be placed in the same area.

  • If you have any questions about how the rules are organized ask a League Head and it will either be explained on why or a possible change if voted on.

  • Every vote will always end in an odd number and never be a tied decision.

  • Every League Head is counted as 1 vote and every General Manager has a vote unless they choose to opt out.  The vote only needs to be in favor of one side.

  • Every League Head is considered to be only 1 vote. Ex. 6 General Managers and 6 League Heads. Before any discussion League Heads will discuss on how they will vote before talking to the GMs and will be the first vote to be announced.  This is so no GM will think the League Heads are siding one way or the other.

  • With the league growing and more teams will most likely be added.  If by chance we can only add 1 extra team instead of 2 teams.  The League Heads will not have any vote.  Ex. 7 General Managers and 6 League Heads.  The end vote will not include the League Heads vote to keep the end result and odd number.

PLAYERS    ***IMPORTANT READ***

  • As a player (active roster or training camp) you are responsible for reading and understanding the rules.

  • A registered player's discord name must be the same as their PSN.

  • You need to at least put your PSN in parenthesis ().

  • If the discord name does not say the PSN name at all then that player is not able to participate in any league games until it has been changed.

  • Every week you will be required to tell your management of what game days and times you are able to play.

  • Players are allowed at a max 2 weeks on IR.

  • You need to tell your management you need to be put on IR at least 1 week before you will not be able to play.

  • Lag outs, fighting, and glitch rules are required for every player to know.

  • If you do not know you will need to ask.  There is no exception for not knowing.

WAIVER WIRE

  • Each Training Camp (TC) player will count as 0.75 Million once brought up to be an active roster.

  • Training Camp (TC) players will be assigned randomly at the beginning of the season based on primary positions.

  • Each team will have a maximum of 4 Training Camp (TC) players (all teams will start out with the same amount of TC players).

  • Training Camp (TC) players will be on a waiver based system.

  • The team with the lowest record at the time of the free agents registration will have the first choice to select or pass on the player

  • Once the team makes a selection then that team will go to the bottom of the list.

  • If a newly registered player is unclaimed by any team at the end of the 24hrs they will automatically be assigned to the team with the lowest record.

  • The newly unregistered player will not go to the team with the lowest record if they have more Training Camp (TC) players than the 2nd lowest team record.

  • Each team will have to submit their waiver claim by Thursday 12:00AM EST in order to claim or pass on the free agents.

  • Not submitting a claim by the deadline is considered as a PASS on the player.

TRADES

  • Every player traded will have to be active.

  • Every team has the ability to ask the other team to give picture proof that the player has stated he is active.  The conversation has to be stamped within 1 week of him being traded.

  • Trading a player that is not responding or said they are away on vacation is not allowed.  If brought to the League Heads attention the trade will be reversed.

  • If you tell the other General Manager about this and he agrees the trade will be accepted.

  • Trades are allowed at any time and processed immediately.

  • When the trade is placed please give time for the League Heads to process it on Discord but it is considered to be processed immediately.

  • There is no set time and date in when all trades will be processed.

  • The players within the trade cannot know they are being traded until it has been fully processed by the League Heads and accepted.

  • The trade will be processed on the same day it is put in but it may take a few hours for League Heads to process fully.

  • Keep this in mind that it is not 100% that a player traded can play the same day if not fully processed.

  • The League Heads have the right to veto and reverse any trade they deem to be in “bad faith”.

  • If the trade is in “bad faith” both teams will be penalized a portion of their salary cap that the players took up.

  • Trading window is CLOSED at the start of every league game's start time and will not be open until after the league game is over.

  • If a game is designated to start at 9:00PM EST then any trade offer is closed at 8:59PM EST.

  • A player can request a trade 1 time every season.

  • You need to message your General Manager that you have requested a trade

  • The General Manager has to put you on the trade block for 2 weeks (but does not need to state why).

  • If a trade request is asked you are not allowed to tell any other team.

  • You need to message the League Head in Charge so it is known that you have put a trade request in.

  • The General Manager does not have to accept the trade if the trade offered was not fair.
