SCHEDULING AND GAME NIGHT PROCEDURES

ACTIVE ROSTER PLAYERS AVAILABILITY

  • Every player is required to give availability on how many days they are able to play.

  • All players are required to play at the minimum 2 games a week.

  • That is only if they signed up for 2 or more games a week.

  • Every player will be required to play at the minimum of 1 game within the first 4 games of the series.

  • No team can play 1 line for the entire series.

  • If they did not give any availability then they do not need to play.  

  • Every player has the right to report a General Manager for not playing them if they have proof of signing up for games.

  • Players will need to give their management their availability every week so they can make their lines.

  • There are no position locks.

  • Any player can play in any position throughout the whole season.

 

 

TRAINING CAMP (TC) PLAYERS AVAILABILITY AND ECU (EMERGENCY CALL UPS

)

  • You are not required but it would be a good idea for you to give days you are able to play so management has an idea if you can ECU (Emergency Call Up) for a game.

  • There is no position lock on what you are able to play.

  • You are able to play as many games as needed and are not restricted to play a certain amount.

  • Management is not required to put TC players in games if they do not require it.

 

RIGHTS TO PLAY

  • Every active roster player that signs up for games has the right to play and be assigned.

  • All players are required to play at the minimum 2 games a week.

  • That is only if they signed up for 2 or more games a week.

  • During the playoffs every player will be required to play at the minimum of 1 game within the first 4 games of the series.

GAME DAYS AND SCHEDULING TIMES

  • All league games will be played on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays

  • Each day will have 3 games and the times are all EST based.

  • 8:30PM EST, 9:30PM EST, and 10:30PM EST

  • If both teams agree then the 10:30PM EST game can be changed to be earlier at 7:30PM EST if that would be easier for both parties.

  • This is not something to discuss with the League Heads.  It will be an agreement that both team management will have to agree on.

  • This decision will need to be agreed upon any time before the 7:30PM EST marker.

  • If the game is determined to be changed it is your responsibility to have a screenshot of the decision being agreed upon in the case of something going wrong.

  • The penalty for trying to falsify in any way will end up in a 3 game suspension for the General Manager.


 

GAME STARTS AND GRACE TIME    ***IMPORTANT READ***

  • Games can be rescheduled if agreed to by at least 1 player in management on that team General Manager, Captain, or Alternate).

  • The team asking for a reschedule has 15 minutes before the start of the game.

  • The game starts at 9:00PM EST.  The team has until 8:45PM EST to ask for a reschedule.

  • Teams that ask for grace time will be given 10 minutes.

  • Grace can be asked until 1 minute before the set time for the game.

  • The General Manager, Captain, or Alternate are the only ones on the team that are allowed to ask for grace time.

  • If the game does not start within the 10 minute grace period it will be automatically a forfeit game.

  • If agreed by both management then the grace period then the game can be played passed the time stated above.

  • The game cannot start regardless of agreement if the next scheduled league game is going to be interfered with.

  • If you are going to be late to your next scheduled game then the same process will have to be followed as stated above.

  • Being in a league game does not give special privileges, you will still be accountable for being late.

  • A registered player's discord name must be the same as their PSN.

  • You need to at least put your PSN in parenthesis ().

  • If the discord name does not say the PSN name at all then that player is not able to participate in any league games until it has been changed.

 

ENTERING STATS - IMPORTANT READ (NO EXCEPTIONS

)

  • Both teams are required to take screenshots or make sure to add the stats in a video if you are streaming it.

  • Only the winning team will need to enter stats

  • They have 24hrs from when the game time started to enter the stats otherwise it is an automatic forfeit.

  • No one will be appointed a goal for the win.

  • The goalie will not register a shutout for a win.

  • The losing team should take screenshots in case something was put in wrong.

  • The losing team is not required to give the winning team any screenshots and the game will be counted as a forfeit.

  • The league heads are not required to make the team


 

HOLIDAYS

  • Games will be played on holidays.  No religion is exempt from this.

  • If you are not able to put a team together you will be able to reschedule the game

  • You need to give a 24hr notice to the other team and also tell the League Heads you are rescheduling.

  • No team will be allowed to deny a reschedule of a game that is on a major holiday.

  • New Years Eve

  • 4th of July

  • Canada Day

  • Thanksgiving (both Canadian and American

 

OTHER HOLIDAYS CAN BE BROUGHT TO THE LEAGUE HEADS ATTENTION AND WILL BE DISCUSSED WITH ALL OWNERS IF IT WILL BE ADDED.
